Working principle of abs sensor
The working principle of ABS sensor mainly relies on sensing the Hall signal or magnetic flux change of the target wheel to sense the speed of the wheel. It usually acts with the gear ring that rotates synchronously with the wheel, and outputs a set of quasi-sinusoidal AC electrical signals whose frequency and amplitude are related to the wheel speed. This output signal is transmitted to the ABS electronic control Unit (ECU), which enables real-time monitoring of wheel speed. When the wheel is about to lock, the modulator unit of ABS will start to work, and the brake pad will intermittently lock and loosen, to ensure that the motion state of the car's wheels in the braking process is rolling and sliding, to prevent the wheels from completely locking, and to improve the braking effect and driving safety.
